EBR-1553 Software Integration and Capability

For operating with its EBR-1553 Software IP core and standard (single-function) EBR-1553 board products, Sital offers software API/library/drivers for:

• Windows
• VxWorks
• Linux

These API/library/drivers provide the same API that Sital provides for MIL-STD-1553 IP and standard (single-function) boards and are also compatible with DDC’s AceXtreme API.

For users of Sital’s EBR-1553 tester boards, we provide dedicated Windows API/library/driver software. This suite is complemented by the COMposer Windows GUI software, a powerful tool designed to simplify the process of transmitting and monitoring application data.

Device Drivers for BRM1553D FPGA IP

Out-of-the-box driver and API support across common OS targets and IP-core deployment options. This minimizes setup time and allows for immediate integration and deployment of EBR-1553 systems.

Windows GUI Software

COMposer Windows GUI enables users of Sital tester platforms to transmit, monitor, and analyze application data without writing software. Use it for rapid bring-up, simulation, and troubleshooting workflows, including structured monitoring and repeatable test execution.

On supported tester configurations, COMposer supports advanced simulation features such as BC/RT/Monitor workflows and controlled fault/error injection for validation and analysis. (Availability depends on the selected tester platform.)
