PMC-FC is a PCI Mezzanine Card, PMC-compatible, multi-standard board that contains up to 8 channels of MIL-STD-1553. It is compatible with MIL-STD-1553B and its channels can be configured independently to work with H009 and WB-194 in conjunction with 1553.

Other protocols, like French DigiBus, are also available upon request.

The PMC-FC board is based on Sital’s proven 1553, H009 and WB-194 (WMUX) IP cores, loaded into an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) component and discrete components transceivers. The board can be programmed by Sital, allowing the flexibility to support various configurations and protocols using the exact same hardware.

It includes 8 Generic I/O pins, that can be used as RS-485/RS-422, ARINC-429 (2 transmit and 2 receive channels) or 8 avionics I/O ports. The board also includes 8 digital I/Os.

PMC-FC can be used for on-board avionics systems and for lab testing equipment. The standard interface board is software-compatible with DDC® Enhanced MiniACE® components and architecture, enabling fast and easy integration with existing or new systems.

The tester version is provided with capabilities like RT Simulation, Multi-RT, Error Injection and more…!

The board can be mounted on any PCI, PCI Express, Compact PCI (cPCI), PXI or any other adaptor for using with standard test benches.

    • Card can be ordered in various configurations and bus interfaces. See Part Numbers section for details
    • Up to 8 dual-redundant Mil-Std-1553B channels
    • Channels can be independently or simultaneously configured for MIL-STD-1553, H009, and WB-194 applications (depending on card model)
    • All channels are compatible with Mil-Std 1553B Notice 2, each channel can be configured as BC or RT+MT
    • 32K or 64K word RAM per channel
    • Tester configuration for all protocols supporting concurrent BC, Multi-RT and Monitor, error injection and enhanced monitoring
    • Also available as Software-compatible with DDC® Enhanced MiniACE® architecture
    • 4 x RS-485/RS-422 or ARINC-429 I/Os (depending on card model)
