Sital Technology’s MIL-STD-1553 bus repeater is an intelligent MIL-STD-1553 / 1760 module designed to extend, isolate, protect, and monitor mission-critical data buses without compromising timing or signal integrity. Unlike simple analog repeaters, this MIL-STD-1553 bus repeater fully decodes and validates bus traffic, forwards only legitimate MIL-STD-1553 compliant messages, and blocks noise, distortion, and malicious activity. How It Works

How the MIL-STD-1553 bus repeater works

The MIL-STD-1553 bus repeater connects between two MIL-STD-1553 bus segments. Every message is decoded, validated, and re-transmitted with extremely low skew — preserving determinism across the link.

The Avionics Plug supports a single bus and is ready for flight after completing all flight-readiness qualifications. Two units are required for a full M1553 / M1760 implementation — one for Bus A, and a second for Bus B.
