MIL-STD-1553 and Multi I/O Boards and Testers
MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429 Boards and Testers. Multi I/O boards that have Cyber Authentication and Wire fault detection and location capabilities.
Addionally the most robust as well as the newest in MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429, EBR1553, Space Grade 1553, CAN Bus and ARINC-825 communication buses avaible in the world!
This technology offers by the same token a wide variety of board and tester products.
Moreover, these products can include one or more MIL-STD-1553/1760 channels.
As a result, many of the boards are available in Multi-I/O configurations.
In addition to MIL-STD-1553, the Multi-I/O boards include various combinations of other interfaces.
Hense, they can include ARINC-429 transmit and receive channels, EBR-1553, 16PP194, H009, discrete digital I/O, avionics discrete I/O, RS-422/485 serial interfaces, and ARINC-825/CAN bus.
In addition, Sital's Boards and Testers are also targeted for flyable applications, development, simulation, labs, and test equipment.
Conversely, these boards are available in many form factors, including PCI, PCI Express, SPI, Compact PCI, VME, and PMC. Sital also offers testers with USB interfaces.
Henceforth, depending on form factor, Sital’s boards are available with MIL-STD-1553 channel counts up to 8. Sital offers two variants of MIL-STD-1553 boards, single-function and tester. For the single function boards, individual channels can be configured to operate as BC, RT, Monitor or RT/Monitor modes. Sital’s tester boards can operate as BC, multi-RT (up to 31 RTs) and Monitor simultaneously.
Further, many of Sital Technology’s boards include an option for Sital’s patented Safe and Secure (SnS) technology. Sital’s SnS provides continuous detection of cyber authentication violations along with detection and locating electrical faults such as intermittent or continuous open or short circuits in bus and stub cables, couplers, connectors, termination resistors and connected LRUs and ECUs.
Additionally options are available for some boards that include an IRIG-B time input, cyber-attack emulation (to test cyber authentication violation detection) and a two-channel oscilloscope.
For software, Sital offers Windows, Linux and VxWorks API/libraries/drivers for its single-function MIL-STD-1553 boards, and Windows and Linux drivers for its 1553 tester boards.
In addition, Sital offers its COMposer GUI software for its tester boards. COMposer supports simulation, test and monitoring applications by enabling users to program BC messages and message frames, and programming of BC and RT transmit data in graphical format. In addition,
